FACT: most websites are fugly as hell. They make no use of SVG, nor SVG animations to optimize the speed like mine does (hover the buttons up top, or the share buttons below). They rarely use gradient colors either. So if you need beauty to instill confidence in your brand: I have an eye for beauty to capture the essence of what you need in any style. I even blended 4 styles to make this site.

Back End

Technically, I do full stack web development, and can use any framework or language as required. Though I do specialize in Python and Django. Learning something new is no problem, as I picked up JavaScript with competence in about a week (test the AJAX on the email sign up to the right or bottom (mobile) of the screen), same for WordPress.
