In this case, the government reports anything they dislike to Twitter to do their bidding and monitor (spy on), and/or have that person censored / banned by the so called "private company".
So if someone says something political that is inconvenient but true (doesn't matter if right or left), the gov contacts Twitter to censor them, and in this case it's in Massachusetts against Dr. Shiva Ayyudurai.
Thus making Twitter no longer a "private company" that can ban whoever it wants, but an arm of the government to censor criticism. This is actual fascism, plus a violation of 1st amendment rights.
Making them liable to be sued, and laws changed through this historic case (section 230 has been abused via this scam).
